The hotels listed below are located on the Pest side of the city, close to tram line that crosses Szabadság Híd with No. 47 or No. 49 trams (2 or 3 stops, depending from which tram stop you get on the tram). The tram journey to Szent Gellért tér/Műegyetem tram-stop and short walk from there to BME Z épület takes 4-7 minutes. You can walk to the conference venue in about 20-30 minutes from most of these hotel locations.
Most of the hotels can be booked through Booking.com and other online booking agencies. There are also lots of Airbnb options that can be booked online.
Some of the hotels in the list are located close to Kálvin tér (Calvin Square, named after the Reformer Calvin), where you can get the 47/49 tram. Alternatively, you can enter the Kálvin tér metro station and take Metro Line 4 in the direction of Kelenföld vasútállomás (Kelenföld train-station), getting off at the FIRST stop (Szent Gellért tér – Műegyetem). The Number 4 Metro line is two levels underground (it travels under the Danube), so the total time between the two stops, including escalators/lifts is 8 minutes.

(Direction to BME Z épület conference venue: exiting hotel, turn right and walk for 10 minutes to Mikó utca. Take tram no. 56 to Szent Gellért tér/Műegyetem (about 10 minutes). From there, 3-5 minutes walk to BME Z épület).
